i just have a quick question. i'm in training at the moment and do a lot of running, free weights, that kinda thing. i'm trying to get my abs and arms into some sort of shape while raising my fitness level.
a friend of mine suggested drinking a raw egg after a workout as it's supposed to help the body in some way...is he just pulling my leg or is there any benefit from drinking eggs?! (if so, what?!)
